Playoffs, Round Two: Southwest Mississippi high school football on the radio Nov. 12
It’s Round Two of the playoffs — except that it’s Round One for 5A. And Round Three for the MAIS. You know what? Let’s not dwell on what week it is. It’s playoff football time in Southwest Mississippi, and after last week’s brutal series of upsets, we only have a handful of local teams still in the hunt.
Here’s where they will be, and Southwest Broadcasting will be there with them.
The McComb Tigers are on the road to Mendenhall (also Tigers) for the second round of the 4A playoffs. This will be the Southwest Broadcasting Game of the Week with Adam Northam on WAZA 107.7, streaming online at this link. Let’s go Tigahs.
The Centreville Tigers (mo’ Tigers) host Canton Academy in the MAIS 3A playoffs. This will be the Game of the Week on WKJN, The Highway 104.9, streaming online here. With Parklane eliminated, Benjie Embry will have the call.
